All users are expected to behave professionally. Tutors must provide accurate profile details and high-quality educational services. Students and parents must maintain a respectful learning environment and adhere to the scheduled tuition times.

All payments are processed through our integrated platform. Our billing engine calculates invoices based on scheduled and completed sessions. Any disputes regarding billing must be submitted to the tutor or AcadFocus support within 30 days of the invoice date.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
